The RPRA committee is here for you. We work hard to take care of our estate.
The committee is run by volunteers, and by doing this we keep our fees low at £8 per month with no management fees that would be charges by a factoring company. To keep this going we need your support and contributions.
Do you have ideas about the future of the estate? Why not come along to the Residents' Meetings or, even better, volunteer and join the committee!
Meet Louise; she is the Chair, and the duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
The chair is responsible for making sure agreed tasks are carried out, and making decisions between meetings if necessary. Before meetings the chair should plan and understand the agenda and ensure all necessary information is available.
Louise also runs the social media account, has created the RPRA website and continues to manage and update it. This role involves being responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media account, updating it accordingly.
Louise has been part of the estate for over 10 years, she works full-time and is a mum to two children who make full use of the parks in the estate. She volunteers to ensure the RPRA Association continues moving forward and keeping costs low for everyone.
Mary is our Vice Chairperson.
The vice-chair stands in for the chair and helps with difficult decisions between meetings. The chairs should liaise regularly with the vice-chair and ensure he or she knows enough about the current issues within the organisation to be able to stand in at short notice.
Meet Jim - he is the factor manager of the estate and he is experienced in managing the estate needs and is on hand to assist our residents. He deals with the instruction and coordination of any repairs, maintenance and insurance of the common property. He liaises with companies, the council and workmen to ensure any works carried out are to the highest of standards.

Meet Martin - he is on hand to support all of the committee and residents of Regency Park. He dedicates time to attend meetings and supports the Treasurer in auditing accounts.
Malcolm is a committed member of the RPRA. He attends committee meetings regularly, contributes his views, and reviecommittee's work before we share it with residents. He also gives up his time to audit the Treasurers book keeping which is much appreciated.
